You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you need a different size, please contact us at support@reddy66sports.site. We will arrange an exchange subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped. To cancel, email us at orders@reddy66sports.site with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
